WORKPLACE SAFETY & ANTI-BULLYING AWARENESS
ELIMINATING RACISM.
EMPOWERING WOMEN.
This photograph represents an earlier chapter of public speaking and community engagement.
Standing behind that podium was more than appearing at an event. It was evidence of a voice developing through experience.
Years later, that voice would become central to my advocacy, writing, and the creation of One Voice Among Many.
One Voice Among Many was created from lived experience, but it was never meant to remain one person’s story.
It began with experiencing workplace bullying, intimidation, and the fear that can come with speaking up. That experience revealed something much bigger: too many people are suffering in workplaces while feeling they have no voice, no protection, and nowhere to turn.
What began as pain became purpose.
What began as one voice became a mission to help others find theirs.
To raise awareness about workplace bullying, educate communities, advocate for safer workplaces, and give a voice to those who have been silenced, intimidated, or afraid to speak up.
A world where every worker feels respected, protected, valued, and empowered to speak up without fear.
We are guided by compassion, respect, integrity, advocacy, and the belief that every person deserves dignity and psychological safety.
Your voice matters. Whether you are sharing your story, supporting someone else, or helping spread awareness, you can be part of creating safer workplaces.
